We are now looking for an experienced HR Specialist in Employment Law for an exciting assignment with a large organization in Linköping. The Role of HR Specialist in Employment Law

In this role, you will become a key figure within HR, focusing on employment law matters. You will work closely with the business operations, contributing both operational and strategic support in complex cases. The role is broad and involves advisory work, training, and development.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Provide support in interpreting collective agreements and employment legislation
• Advise on dismissals, relocations, and employment law disputes
• Drive HR-related aspects of change and development initiatives
• Conduct employment law investigations
• Plan and deliver employment law training for managers and HR
• Develop and update policies, guidelines, and routines

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in qualified HR work and deep competence in employment law. You are confident in your role and thrive working both independently and collaboratively.

We see that you have:

• An academic degree in HR, Law, or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in qualified HR work
• Experience supporting both unionized employees and management
• In-depth knowledge of employment law
• Experience independently conducting collective bargaining negotiations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex legal issues

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to handle multiple parallel tasks. You are also a natural relationship builder with high integrity.

Good to know

The consulting assignment is full-time and runs from August 17, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension. The assignment is located in Linköping, and the work is performed on-site.
